Fee for representatives of companies and public administration
  • 2400 PLN brutto (1951,21 PLN net) – Participation (passive or active) stationary in 2 days of the Conference with possibility to publish a scientific article. Includes conference materials, coffee and lunch breaks and participation in the gala banquet. Does not include accommodation.
Fee for academics / researchers
  • PLN 750 brutto – Participation (passive or active) stationary in 2 days of the Conference with possibility to publish a scientific article. Includes conference materials, coffee and lunch breaks and participation in the gala banquet. Does not include accommodation.
Fee for PhD students

Fee for the publication of a scientific article (WITHOUT PARTICIPATION IN THE CONFERENCE)
  • PLN 300 brutto – Publication of articles is conditional on positive scientific reviews.

Participants of previous editions of the Conference are entitled to a 15% discount.

  • 800 PLN brutto – Passive full-time participation in the 2 days of the Conference with the possibility of publishing a scientific article. Includes conference materials, coffee and lunch breaks and participation in the gala banquet. Does not include accommodation.
Fee for PhD students
  • 500 PLN brutto – Passive full-time participation in the 2 days of the Conference with the possibility of publishing a scientific article. Includes conference materials, coffee and lunch breaks and participation in the gala banquet. Does not include accommodation.
Fee for students
  • 400 PLN brutto – Passive full-time participation in the 2 days of the Conference with the possibility of publishing a scientific article. Includes conference materials, coffee breaks and lunch. Does not include accommodation.
Fee for the publication of a scientific article (WITHOUT PARTICIPATION IN THE CONFERENCE)
  • 300 PLN brutto (243,90 net) – Publication of articles is conditional on positive scientific reviews.
As part of the conference fee (depending on the price group chosen), the organisers provide:
  • The opportunity to present a scientific paper.

  • Refreshments during the Conference (coffee breaks, lunches).
  • Conference materials (folder, pen, notepad, conference programme, promotional materials, media partners’ trade journals).
  • A scientific publication to be published after the Conference – provided a sufficient number of scientific articles have been collected.
  • Photographs from the Conference to be posted on the website after the Conference.
  • Retransmissions of plenary and thematic panels, available on the YouTube.com.
  • Certificate confirming participation in the Conference and delivery of a scientific paper.
