About the poster session:

The poster session is an integral part of the Conference, consisting in presenting in graphic form (i.e. a scientific poster) the most important theses, conclusions, research results or analyzes regarding the considered issue.

Such presentation enables an ongoing exchange of views and tips with people participating in it as viewers.

Part of this event is the Competition for the Best Scientific Poster of the 10th Conference “Energy security – pillars and development perspective”.

This edition our official Partner is Województwo Podkarpackie.

We are handing over to you the Book of Posters of the Competition for the Best Scientific Poster of the 10th Conference “Energy Security – Pillars and Development Perspective”, which will be held on September 8-9, 2025 at the Ignacy Lukasiewicz Rzeszow University of Technology.
We encourage you to ask questions to the authors of scientific posters – by sending them by e-mail (in the title, please include: the title of the poster and the name of the author/authors) to: postery@instytutpe.pl by June 10, 2025 at 12:00.

Important dates

June 5, 2025 – deadline for submitting papers to postery@instytutpe.pl
June 10, 2025 – meeting with authors of posters on Zoom for 1st stage of event
June 23, 2025 – meeting with authors qualified for 2nd stage of event on Zoom

Poster Session event schedule and order of ZOOM calls for Stage I (UTC +2 – Central European Summer Time):

In order to facilitate the holding of the Poster Session, we kindly request you to join the ZOOM call and stay ready in your hourly timeframe (the ZOOM call has a waiting room), i.e. from 12:00 pm to 1 pm, we ask that all participants who are assigned their time in this interval (4 posters) be present in the waiting room, from 1 pm to 2 pm, 6 people will be present in the waiting room, and so on. – you will join the meeting when it is possible and the previous person will finish his presentation.

Instructions for participating in the poster session:

Those interested in participating in the poster session are requested to send their applications containing:

  • Scientific poster in PDF format (up to 10 MB),
  • Description of the research objective and conclusions accompanying the poster (maximum one A4 page, Times New Roman 12, single spaced, in .DOCX format),
  • Signed statement of consent to use the submitted materials and personal data for the purposes of the poster session (in PDF format – Att.1 – Statement as author of the poster)
