X Conference “Energy Security – Pillars and Development Perspective” 2025

X Conference “Energy Security – Pillars and Development Perspective” 2025 is one of the most important meetings of the energy industry in the country, a place for presentation of concepts, as well as scientific and expert discussions.

The Conference is organized by the Ignacy Łukasiewicz Institute for Energy Policy in cooperation with the Ignacy Łukasiewicz Rzeszów University of Technology and with the support of the Department of Economics, Faculty of Management, Rzeszow University of Technology. The role of coordinator of tasks related to the organization of the Conference is performed by the Institute for Energy Policy.

The purpose of the event is to contribute to the scientific and expert discussion on energy policy, energy security and the energy sector in the broadest sense. We believe that the creation of a platform for holding discussions involving scientists, experts, representatives of public administration, energy companies, NGOs, as well as business journalists and students, contributes to the development of scientific output in this area of knowledge.

Traditionally, the Ignacy Lukasiewicz Award will be presented during the Conference.

The 9th edition of the 2024 Conference was attended by 280 people. There were 160 speakers in 18 panels, including many guests from abroad. Participants represented 75 scientific and research centers, as well as 80 institutions and companies, including: NATO, 20 energy industry entities, 11 public administration entities (including 5 ministries), 8 TSU entities, and entities from the armaments, military, RES, railroad, aviation, IT, public security, construction, industrial, legal, banking, as well as industry, national and regional media.
